Event hotel
Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, located just a short walk from the capital’s business center and the old town, is an event hotel.
Easily accessible by car, taxi, bus and tram, the hotel was renovated in 2019.
The conference center located on the second floor of the hotel has 7 halls of different sizes and easily articulated, the height of the rooms is 3.1 m. In the construction of the Tallink Spa & Conference hotel, in addition to the interior design, special attention has been paid to high-level and easy-to-use conference technology.
The center can organize a standing reception for up to 500 guests. The largest hall can accommodate 230 conference visitors in theater style. The halls of the conference center and new technology ensure an inspiring and efficient work environment and support the birth of good innovative ideas!
After a busy day of meetings, however, you can continue the evening either in the lobby bar, the water center or the restaurant.
State-of-the-art technology
In furnishing the conference center of the Tallink Spa & Conference hotel, special attention has been paid to top-level, yet easy-to-use conference equipment. Also, our team is always helpful to ensure that the organization of the conference runs smoothly.
Each conference and meeting room has:

- Wireless ClickShare
- Traditional tools (paper board, markers)
- Writing pads and pencils
- Air conditioner
- Free Wi-Fi
The conference center has an all-in-one video conference system called Poly Studio, which ensures maximum quality when making video calls. The Poly Studio solution allows you to conveniently organize various online lectures, virtual or hybrid meetings, seminars and trainings in the halls of the conference center.
If there is a larger number of performers and the number of participants both on site and online, where a larger hall, several cameras, more powerful sound and a more complex transmission solution are needed for the webcast, and the organizer does not have a specific technical partner, we can also help find a suitable technical production partner if necessary.
For an additional fee, it is possible to rent microphones, simultaneous interpretation devices and other equipment as additional equipment to organize a professional and positively memorable event.
Catering and accommodation
Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel’s versatile catering and accommodation solutions allow for the convenient organization of both short and long-term events.
In addition to the special menus that we offer on site in the conference center, it is also possible to arrange catering in the Nero restaurant on the first floor or in Tempo Resto & Bar next door and in the Italian restaurant Flavore.
After a busy day spent in meetings, unwind at the lobby bar in the evening. Treat yourself to a variety of drinks and delicious snacks that await your enjoyment.
Conference package “Neptune”
Combine pleasant with useful! At Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, we offer the “Neptune” conference package, the price of which, in addition to room rental, conference equipment and catering, also includes relaxation in the Aqua Spa water center. You can choose between two different packages which are valid for 10–30 people.
Day package
The package includes:
- Use of the seminar room Mon – Fri for the whole day

Catering
- Two coffee breaks
- Rich soup and lavish buffet at Tempo restaurant
Activities
- Access to the Aqua Spa aquatic center for seminar participants (on the same day after the seminar)
Bath towel is not included in the price. You can rent a sauna towel from the water center at a price of 4€.
