TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORGANIZING TALLINK HOTEL’S SOCIAL MEDIA CONSUMER GAMES

  1. Consumer Games are organized by TLG Hotell OÜ (hereinafter the Organizer) (registry code 10952552, address Sadama 5, 10111, Tallinn).
  2. Consumer Games are held on the Organizer’s social network Facebook and Instagram.
  3. The following accounts belong to the Organizer’s Facebook social network: Tallink Hotels, Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, Tallink Express Hotel, Tallink City Hotel, Tallink Hotel Riga, Sume Restaurant, Nero Restaurant, Tempo Resto & Bar, Brunch.ee, Aqua Spa Beauty & Wellness, and Restaurant Elements. The following accounts belong to the Organizer’s Instagram social network: Tallinkhotels, Sume_Restoran, Nero_Restoran, and Restoran Elements.
  4. All natural persons (hereinafter Participant) may participate in consumer games, except for the employees of TLG Hotell OÜ.
  5. The Organizer of the Consumer Games publishes the Consumer Games with the conditions and rules.
  6. The Participant of the Consumer Games confirms the accuracy of the information provided to the Organizer about himself/herself and compliance with the conditions established by the Organizer for the Consumer Games, his/her wish to participate in the Consumer Games and acceptance of all conditions established by the Organizer for the Consumer Games.
  7. The name of the winner of the Consumer Games will be published on the Facebook or Instagram account of the Organizer.
  8. The winner of the Consumer Games will be contacted no later than three working days after the announcement of the winner via Facebook or Instagram message.
  9. In order to receive the prize, the Organizer will contact the winner and then agree on the details of the delivery of the prize and the use of the prize, including the period of validity.
  10. If the Organizer is unable to reach the winner within ten (10) working days of publishing the winner’s name on the social media page, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to issue the prize.
  11. If the Organizer has contacted the winner and agreed with him/her the period during which the prize is valid, but nevertheless the winner does not use the prize, the winner loses the right to the prize, and the Organizer has the right not to award the prize.
  12. The value of the prize will not be paid in cash or exchanged for any other thing or service.
  13. The Organizer will not reimburse the expenses related to receiving the prize.
  14. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change or correct the conditions by notifying it via social media.
  15. In case of significant violation or abuse of the conditions or in case of force majeure, the Organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate the Consumer Game at any time and not to draw the prize and/or not to present the prize to the winner, notifying it immediately via social media.
  16. The Organizer has the right to remove from the Consumer Games all participants who, in the opinion of the Organizer, do not meet the conditions, including cases where the Organizer has reasonable suspicions that the Participant is using a false account.
