The Tallink Hotels gourmet dinner of oysters and seafood has been held for five years!
All chefs at the Tallink Hotel restaurants – Heidi Pinnak, Chef of Restaurant Sume, Virgo Lillepool, Chef of Restaurant Nero, Kristjan Kelder, Chef of Restaurant Regatta and Anatolijs Pimanovs, Chef of Restaurant Elements – will weigh in to prepare a dinner offering exquisite flavours. The evening will be crowned by the creation of Anti Lepik, Chef of Tallink Group and three-time oyster opening World Champion.
The magnificent evening will be opened by a seminar on oysters, followed by the Estonian Championships in oyster opening. As the highlight of the evening, delicious dishes of oysters and seafood will be served, and high-quality wines will be presented by Bestwine’s Chief Sommelier Juri Brattšik. The MC will be the charming Mart Mikk and the mood will be created by DJ Taivo Aasorg.
The top chefs from Estonia’s restaurants will compete in the opening of oysters, and this year team competitions will also take place, consisting of 2-member teams from restaurants.
Both the competition and seminar are free for spectators, while special offers on oysters and champagne are available on site!
Grand prizes will be raffled among the dinner guests, including wonderful prizes contributed by Tallink Hotels and Bestwine.
